Based on the revised tax code, the booklet - “Individual Income Tax and Benefits Guide for Foreigners 2006” - details how to fill in tax filing forms or file tax returns online. It also gives sample cases and answers to frequently asked questions. It is available at foreign embassies in Seoul, foreign commercial associations and the ombudsman center in local tax agencies. The tax agency also offers an online version that can be downloaded from its English-language Web site.
